Annual Membership Registration
Football $90.00 (+ $50.00 late fee if postmarked or dated online after June 21, 2026)

First year officials, new to any sport - $45 (First year officials who register after the due date are not subject to the late fee.)
Online registration only. 2026 Football and 2027 Softball are separate registration forms with different due dates. If you are registering for both at the same time, you will need to fill out both Google Forms.

MSHSL Registration Instructions
Dues can be submitted via Check or "Zelle." Venmo is no longer available.
Zelle is the only app approved by our bank for digital transactions. SOA's Zelle account can be found by looking up our email address ([email protected])
If paying by check, please print out this Check Remittance Form and include it with your payment.
