Suburban Officials Association
Minnesota Officials Serving the State of Minnesota
The Suburban Officials Association serves high schools participating in MSHSL sanctioned activities in the Twin Cities metro area as well as many schools west of the Metro area and schools in Southeast and South Central Minnesota.
- SOA has over 150 members, many of whom also officiate sports other than football and softball, such as volleyball, basketball, wrestling, hockey, baseball and lacrosse.
- SOA supports the schools we serve by assigning officials to many of their sub-varsity contests.
- In addition to their high school schedules, many SOA officials also officiate at D3, D2, and D1 NCAA level.
